Twenty Twenty Won

For this project, we were able to make any project that we wanted to do. We decided that we wanted to do an idea that most college students wouldn’t think about creating and have a very unique idea, after brainstorming we decided to create a Game Show. There was a lot of Pre-Production involved with this, as there was lots of planning to do, from conceptualising the idea, to set design, to the contestants and then working out how to execute it. In the end we had a 7 Camera set up and 7 Microphone set up. Each contestant had their own Lav mic tied to them, which fed to a central recorder. Then in post-production, this step took around 3 weeks to complete as we had a Green Screen, which needed to be keyed out and then tracked in 3D space so the graphics that would go on the screen would then stick to it and look realistic. Overall, this was a very valuable and strong learning curve to adapt my skills into creating a project that I haven’t learnt how to create and then successfully pull it off.
