We made it to the Finals of World Skills. We had 3 days to plan, create and finalise a Regional News report based on Climate Change. This submission got us a Silver Medal. I am very proud to have achieved this.

We made it to the Semi-Finals of World Skills, we had a day to plan, create and finalise our project. We were given a brief saying that we had to make a vlog style video where we were informing students on 'How to create a regional news report'.

After brainstorming we decided to create a Game Show for our Final Major Project. We had a 7 Camera set up and 7 Microphone set up. For Post-production we had a Green Screen, which needed to be keyed out and then tracked in 3D space so the graphics that would go on the screen and look realistic.

We entered into the UK's biggest Media Production Competition. This was our first submission to make it to the Semi-Finals, we had a couple of weeks to plan, create and finalise our project.

We were tasked with recreating the first few scenes out of the Netflix Series - Sex Education. In the beginning, we were handed the original script from the show, which we then adapted and modified to suit our environment and castings.

In this project, we were asked at short notice to shoot a video of a Remembrance Parade. This was due to the COVID Pandemic and they couldn't have spectators present, so therefore they needed a video they could live stream to the Students and Staff across the college.

Spirit FM wanted an Informative, Engaging and Fun Promotional Video. We came up with this concept of a 2D animation to get across the different promotional platforms Spirit FM can offer to clients. This is one of the biggest projects I have worked on and one of my proudest.

My name is Hayden Kracke and I am currently a 1st-year Digital TV Production student at Ravensbourne University, living in London. I pride myself on my eagerness and ability to learn. My longing desire to work for a pioneering company in the TV industry. Over the last few years, I have allowed myself to get a lead into the digital industry by gaining jobs in marketing sectors of companies as well as offering freelance digital services such as Website Design and Video Production to other small businesses. During my time freelancing, I have had time to develop skills in design, aesthetics and the ability to operate with professionalism. 2018 – PRESENT
Spirit FM, Sussex

Digital Content Producer, within the role, I had to edit video footage that was sent to me by my line manager and create the video to how the client desired it. I also had to design graphic work for sponsored campaigns that involved competitions for people to enter on social media.

  • Fino – Restaurant and Bar – Felpham, West Sussex | Waiter/Runner, I also look after all Online presence for the restaurant. This includes the website to photos within the restaurant.
  • Goodwood House, Chichester, West Sussex | I started working here as a waiter who looked after a table during events that served around 1500 diners. Within a month of working there, I had been promoted to looking after all the drinks in a room with about 15 tables in. This shows my dedication to a job as well as being able to learn and think quickly by myself and within a team.
